Are you having a hard time getting a complete sleep because of looking after a baby?
HERE ARE SOME BASIC TIPS TO HAVE A BETTER SLEEP DAILY.
Many of us parents/guardians are having trouble completing at least (6-8 hours) sleep in a day, because looking after an ‘infant’ or ‘toddler’ can be a hindrance — since you need to wake up sometimes late and not on the right time.
So what should we do, in order to get a good and straight hours of sleep everyday?
Well, babies from days old to (8 months) have irregular sleeping habits. They tend to wake up at anytime while you just started closing your eyes.
You only have to determine and take notes for the time of their sleep intervals, then set yourself and take a ‘NAP’ too as much as possible — while your child is sleeping. There you will both have the same time schedule of sleep and activities, and you can do your other chores while the baby is up after that.
When a child becomes older from (1-2 years old), they start practicing a bit of a regular sleep from (8-12 hours). There you can sneak to have a longer rest too, even (6 hours) straight or more.
Just make sure you have everything ready nearby, like a bottle of milk/water and diapers. So that when your child gets awake crying and screaming for food, or having a wet undies — You can give it all right away and may get back to rest.
3-year old kids are restless and active. They like to (run, play, dance, sing, draw, eat and watch movies).
Make them do all that for the ‘whole day’ and just let them take a nap in the afternoon for a few hours only, so that in the evening — they will still have more time to ‘catch up for sleep’ and will not make you get widely awake early in the morning.
Letting them become ‘active daily’ is another way to put them to bed peacefully, without (waking you up in the middle of the night).
When kids are ‘tired they can sleep straight 8 hours’ and you can have ‘yours too’.
Now you can have a peaceful and complete rest following these simple TIPS.
