Often, the feelings that we think are caused by hunger are actually caused by thirst. If you aren’t getting enough water it can cause you all sorts of health problems as well as making you think you’re hungry when you aren’t. If you’re craving something, try having a glass of water and waiting half an hour, you might find that the cravings disappear. As a general rule, you should be drinking around sixty four ounces of water every single day if you want to stay healthy.
