How do you feel about the title of this article? I know you would be wondering – what is the army of stress? How to defeat it in just 1100 seconds a day?

Army of stress
I know I am sounding more philosophical. Stress is an inner trait of personality and cannot have a physical army as such. Sounds true but there is a hidden metaphor here.
As per WHO report, headache is caused because of stress, depression is caused due to stress, hypertension, high blood pressure all occur because of stress. Even heart diseases & Alzheimer disease are stress borne problems.
How about concluding Stress as king, and all of these as its commanders in chief?
I know I am not sounding logical but still, don’t you think that the analogy is correct? You control the king and entire territory is automatically managed. Similarly, you control stress and other diseases can’t bother you.
War strategy says – strengthen your army.
Stress is coming with a fully equipped and armoured army. We too require an army. Right?
Well, according to me, you just need 1100 seconds a day to confront stress.
In my childhood, I used to suffer from too much stress but today, after creating my own strategy, have managed to control stress.
I am deliberately linking it with war scenario; I know that it is very much required. In war, we require a General, Armour, some Weapons and few soldiers. We require the same here as well.
This is my opinion:
Our General is Laughter, our Armour is Deep Breath, and the Weapons are Yoga / Meditation. This is the preparation you need before you proceed to fight.
War has begun
The war usually takes 1100 seconds a day (on average). For any war in general, you will have to trace out weak areas of opponent and attack there. So, proceed with finding what is causing stress.
Your first attack should be introspection. Find what sources are causing stress. This would take hardly 100 seconds.
There can be multiple reasons – stress at family, stress at work, stress in business etc. Use the weapon (Yoga) to find out strategy to attack the cause. It takes another 100 seconds. In implementing this solution – you will take 350 seconds on average.
In war, mere attack isn’t sufficient. Defence is also mandatory. Let stress attack. Put the General (laughter) in front and keep the armour (Deep Breath) intact.
Deviate yourself from stressful situation, rather try to do something funny. Let it bring laughter to your mind. Use Deep Breath to support yourself from back end. Also, keep thanking GOD (if you are a theist) OR Mother Nature (if you are an atheist) for whatever you are been gifted with. This positive approach will help you stop the attack of stress permanently. All this is to be done for 550 seconds.
Just putting it in simple terms
Finding cause of stress in 100 seconds + investigating right solution for managing stress in 100 seconds + solution implemented in 350 seconds + strengthening defence for 550 seconds = Stress defeated in just 1100 seconds.
The only precaution to be taken is: try to keep yourself armoured throughout the day.
