I often say that we are all blessed to become blessings to others. But rarely do we realize that these blessings are found in the nooks and crannies that adorn our lives. There’s no need to wait for the big things to be thankful for. In fact, I believe that it is the small and often mundane things that actually make a huge difference.
Be thankful for the small things in life. When was the last time you gave a smile or receive one from someone? How about helping out in small ways without even waiting for a thank you? Life provides us small instances to turn into big opportunities. Furthermore, these opportunities allow us to form stronger ties if not with others at least within ourselves.
Be thankful for the small things in life. It is these small, trivial moments that actually compound to become pillars of strengths. When we constantly do good for ourselves and others, it becomes an unconscious part of each person’s psyche.
Moreover, it is when we become thankful for the small things in life that we begin to appreciate life more. In spite of all the loathsome circumstances that come our way, we can still find peace.
Trivial as some experiences may be, these little sprinkles of victories over our fears and our negative attitude can pull us closer to spiritual and psychological freedom. Appreciate the small things in life. Every person’s life is jammed packed with it.
