We all know that an apple a day keeps a doctor away. That means we need not go to a doctor for that day. This is true.
Some how we may not consume daily an apple and stay away from a doctor. So normally, what we have to do is to go for all seasonal fruits that are available in the following seasons.
From January to December we can find fruits like Papayas, Lemons, Coconut, Bananas, Apricots, Apples etc. So we can take the available fruits and keep healthy ourselves.
We can find winter fruits like Dates, Grapes, Oranges, Red Bananana, Cheimoya, Cactus Pear, etc in December, January and February months.
March, April and May months are for Spring season and available fruits are Bitter Melon, Honeydew, Mango, Lychee, Pineapple, Strawberries.
Summer Fruits like Asian Pear, Blackberries, CasabaMelon, Figs, Grapes, Key Limes, etc which are available in June, July and August months.
September, October and November months we find fruits like Feijoa, Pear, Muscadine Grapes,Mushrooms, Pomegranate, Sapote, etc called as Fall season fruits.
Why we should eat fruits in all seasons ?
Cholesterol will not be there in most of the fruits.
Bananas, prunes, dried peaches which contains potassium helps us to keep us healthy and normal Blood Pressure will prevail in our body.
Most of the fruits are low in fat, sodium and calories by nature.
The above points helps our body to keep fit and healthy and a Doctor away.
Health is wealth. If we are fit, we can look for other things. So now onwards make efforts to eat fruits available in all seasons.
